How to maintain the Screen plate to be effective

For all kinds of Screen plate products, due to the different use environments, the degree of wear of the Screen plate during the use process will also be different. If we want to ensure the longevity and performance of the screen decks, we need maintenance work on them.

After the work is done, clean the screen to prevent corrosion. Let's take a look at the proper practices for cleaning and maintenance:

1. Please use a spray to clean the surface of the Screen plate. Care must be taken not to scratch the surface. Avoid bleaching ingredients and abrasive cleaning solutions, steel balls, abrasive tools, and then when you finally remove the cleaning solution, rinse the surface with clean water.

2. The surface of the Screen plate is dusty and easy to remove dirt. The soap or detergent is weak or washed with warm water.

3. If the surface of the Screen plate is cleaned with warm water and weak detergent. Surfaces of stainless steel sieves contaminated with grease, oil and lubricating oils are cleaned with a soft cloth coating, followed by a neutral detergent or ammonia solution.

4. Bleach the surface of the Screen plate, immediately wash various acids with water, then immerse in ammonia solution or neutral sodium carbonate solution, and wash with mild detergent or warm water.
